How do you work? How much does it cost?
Our clients hire us on a flat monthly retainer. We don’t charge the initial setup costs some agencies charge, but spread that out over time evenly so you always know your agency costs.
For less than the price of a full-time in-house marketer, you get a whole team of experts who specialize in different marketing channels (search, paid social, and email).
Most clients hire us for $2,500 - $5,500 per month, depending on the scope of work and the channels we're managing.
How will you learn about my business, products and customers?
We always start with our Customer Persona and Customer Mind Reader exercises before we do any marketing on your behalf.
These exercises teach us about your customers and what they care about.
Don't worry, we can turn them around quickly so we can get marketing for you!

If it’s a good fit, we’ll usually have a second Zoom call. Then if you'd like to move forward, we send you an Agreement to e-sign and run the first payment in QuickBooks.
We start our working relationship with a kickoff meeting hosted by your new client success owner and main point of contact on our team. It’s literally their job to make sure you’re happy and that your campaigns succeed.
Before we set up any ads or email campaigns, we like to understand and document your customer persona(s) and do an exercise called the “Customer Mind Reader,” which helps us create better marketing for you on all channels.
Our clients share what photos and videos they have to use as assets in their marketing. We sometimes shoot pictures on our smartphones because that can work well in Facebook and Instagram Ads, but we are not a creative agency per se. We generally prefer to use your image and video assets.
We set up the campaigns, targeting and measurement as agency managers on your Google and Facebook ad accounts, so you own the marketing equity we help build. Ditto for Klaviyo email marketing. We usually have ads and email flows running within the first month.
How will you communicate with me?
Scheduled Zoom meetings and email are our go-to methods of communication.
Phone and text should only be for emergencies.
Will I be locked into a contract if things aren’t working?
No. We don’t want you to be either.
Our contracts become month-to-month after an initial setup period (usually 3-6 months, depending on the scope of work).
What are you doing on an ongoing basis once the initial setup is done?
We'll be testing new creative, running A/B tests, keeping up with the latest changes and strategies, analyzing your campaign performance and helping you scale up your spend and sales.
